But by some staggering sleight of hand, we have sliced in two the fundamental relationship between those two words, and now no longer not only see them as intrinsically unlinked, but actually (what a feat) in direct opposition to each other. Cue dysfunctional, uber - destructive, counter - productive, mathematically ridiculous neo-classical economic paradigm of our day. I could say more. But these people underneath will say it all much, much better.
